To
receive a replacement fast for video cards, motherboards, hard drives, monitors,
retail CPUs, and some other products that you received for more than 15
days, we strongly suggest that you contact the original manufacturer for
a quick replacement. Many original manufacturers such as MSI, Gigabyte,
BioStar, Intel, AMD, AOC, ViewSonic, etc. accept RMAs directly from end-users.
Please make
a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request before returning items
to SysBuilder.com due to manufacturer defect within warranty period. This
is the best way to communicate with us and ensure that your needs are taken
care of. No phone call or e-mail is necessary. We have made this procedure
as painless as possible. The process is the same as placing an order, which
you have done before. Please do not use this form for discrepancy,
return
for credit, and
shipping damage.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please
read our Return
Policy first.
- Once you
fill out the form below, add this item to the shopping basket as if
you are placing a new order. If you are returning multiple products
you may add this item several times to your shopping basket.
- Do not
order other products with this request since it may confuse us what
to do when we receive the order. File RMA request and new orders separately.
- You may
select Return Authorization as the payment method to avoid credit
card information on the 2nd order page. Please do leave a credit card
number if you expect a refund.
- You may
select RMA, Ground or USPS Return Shipping as the shipping method
and the shipping cost should be zero.
- Please
ignore the shipping charge for RMA
if "UPS Ground" or other shipping method is selected. We are
responsible for shipping the replacement back to you by UPS Ground or
USPS if the item is still under warranty. Customers are responsible
for any shipping upgrades if requested. Please leave a note in the comment
section of the 2nd order page if necessary.
- Once the
RMA request order is sent, please wait for our customer service to issue
the official RMA number. Normally in 24 hours, you will receive the
RMA number by e-mail or by phone call. Please take note of that number.
We'll use it to ship the replacement items and for future references.
Print a copy of the e-mail confirmation. Enclose a copy of the confirmation
with your returned item.

- The time
it takes for us to send you the replacement products depends on several
factors. (1) What kind of products. (2) What caused the defects? (3)
How fast our vendor/manufacturer would send us the replacement. (4)
Whether it's a repair or a replacement. (5) How long have you received
the product?
For some categories of products, such as floppy drive, cables, accessories,
a replacement of the same or equal item will normally be shipped to
you within 1-7 business days after the defective item is received.
For items such as motherboards, video cards, and systems, the replacement/repaired
unit will be shipped within 1-7 business days if you received the product
within the last 15 days. For items that you have received for more than
15 days, the replacement/repair process may take up to one full month
since we have often to wait for the vendors to complete the replacement/repairment
work. In such situations, we would strongly encourage customers to contact
the original manufacturer of the product for a direct replacement.
- If the
return is a result of SysBuilder.com's mistake, please click here or
file a Discrepancy
Report only if it is within 7 days after receiving it.
- If the
return is due to damage during shipping, you may file a Shipping
Damage Report if it was received within 7 days.
- To receive
a replacement fast, customer can simply order the identical item online
and send the defected item back to us for additional replacement or
credit if it was received within 15-days for most items or 7 days for
processors and memory. However, you'll have to pay shipping twice this
way.
- Processors
& memory have 7-day and most other items have 15-day time limit
for returning for credit/refund. Software has only 30-day warranty.
No credit for opened software. Most items have one-year warranty. Some
OEM processors have only 30-day warranty.
- Restocking
fee may apply to certain items if returned for credit.
- Replacement
is for equal or better item only. Upgrades are allowed only for items
received within last 15 days.
- Once shipped
you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You may track the shipment
with your new Order/RMA number.
- SysBuilder.com
reserves the right to verify and confirm that the item was purchased
from us and the defect was indeed due to manufacturer defect but not
due to physical damage, virus, user error or other cause that void warranty.
