We are sorry that there is a discrepancy with your order. You must file this report within seven (7) days after you receive the product. We are not responsible for discrepancies reported after 7 days. No phone call or e-mail is necessary! Follow the instructions below carefully.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please read the FAQs after receiving an order. You may find the answer to your question 24-7 there.
  2. Use the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request instead, to return items for manufacturer defects and other reasons.
  3. Use the Shipping Damage Report to report any physical damages that occurred during shipping.
  4. Please check all packaging materials and make sure that you received ALL packages shipped. Some packages may be delivered separately. Read your packing slip carefully to see if there is any back ordered and/or drop shipped items.
  5. Give as much detail as possible to explain exactly what's missing and why there is a difference.
  6. Select "RMA, Ground Shipping" for shipping method. The shipping cost should be zero. You may ignore the shipping charges for this item if other shipping method is selected.
  7. Do not order new items with this report. It may slow down processing your new order.
  8. You are welcome to call or e-mail us; however, it's not necessary to wait for a reply. The best way to communicate with us is to send this report.
  9. You may use Return Authorization as payment method to avoid entering credit card information. However, please leave your credit card with the order if you expect a refund.
  10. We'll investigate and verify the discrepancy before making any decision after receiving your report.
  11. The replacement

    item must be identical to the original one and be shipped to the same address as the original order.
  12. We'll inform you whether to ship the wrong item back to us. If you do, we'll reimburse you for the shipping expense or have it picked up by one of our carriers.
